We made it

We made it with all the thanks going to Mickey Mouse and the portable DVD player. Thank you…we owe you one!

5 states and 2 hotels later we made it to Lawton, Oklahoma.

Do you think Elliot knew that his parent’s had left him for a trip to Boston? Nope, he was busy entertaining Jared’s parents for 4 solid days. Good trip for us, great bonding for them. Thanks a TON for hanging with Elliot!

Halloween

 

It all led to this….candy for Mom and Dad  

It started with a visit to the pumpkin patch, where Elliot got to go on a hayride, feed animals in the petting zoo, and pick out his pumpkin.

When we first entered the petting zoo Elliot was knocked over by a goat which set the scene for the next few minutes.  He warmed up quickly and even fed some goats!

Elliot painted his pumpkin and wasn’t keen on the paint touching him (although that changed when he started painting himself).

Elliot and I went trick-or-treating up at Jared’s school.  He did not want to be held (can you tell?)

We carved a pumpkin as a family.  Elliot wanted Mickey Mouse, so that’s what we did!
