Because we are only 7 hours south of KC, we were able to go home for Thanksgiving this year. We got to spend time with family and friends. Jared didn’t get to relax because he took his final round of boards the Wednesday after Thanksgiving.
We started the day with a family 5k,
Took a family photo (courtesy of my photo skills 
Hung out with family,
And played some games!
Elliot and I got to stay for a week while Jared left to go take his test. While there I got to visit with my Grandparents,
And hang out with these pretty ladies!
Elliot got to really play in the leaves for the first time….can you tell how much he loved it! He cried when it was time to come in…

The family picture turned out great! Glad you had a good time with the fam! It's so nice you live close enough to drive there now.
